Epic Esthetics (the “ Company ”, “ we ”, “ us ” and/or “ our ”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Site is branded as the Company’s, but is maintained by Acara and when you provide your information or engage with the website, Acara will be the primary recipient and facilitator of the Web Services. When we talk about ” Acara ” in this policy, we are referring to our commercial partner Acara Partners, LLC that jointly provides the web services on this website (the ” Site “).

Under the terms of our agreement with Acara concerning this Site, the Company may share basic Aggregated Information on your online browsing patterns and usage from cookie data and Aggregated Information, including, booking information for cross-referencing, reporting and analysis purposes. Any Personal Information you submit through forms or our contact us page may be shared with Acara if related to their provision of services to us or to you. The Company may also share certain Personal Information with Acara if and when such Personal Information is directed to the Company in error and was intended for Acara. If you subscribe to receive marketing from Acara through the Site, we will pass your signup data and information on your purchases, including your name, email address, and marketing consent preferences, to Acara and will not use this information for our own marketing purposes, unless you have also signed up to receive marketing from us separately.
